Shipping
We deliver your tiles on pallets with the forwarder Schmalz+Schön to any address in Germany: insured, to the curb, unloading included. The shipping costs depend on the postal code of the delivery address, the weight and the number of pallets. The cart shows the exact amount as soon as you enter the delivery address, and on every product page you can calculate it for your quantity.
How We Calculate Shipping Costs
- Pallets: we pack your tiles in whole boxes and put the boxes of all tiles of your order together on pallets, rounded up to whole pallets.
- Weight: the total weight is spread evenly over the pallets; each pallet counts with at least 150 kg.
- Zone: the first two digits of the delivery postal code give one of eight zones.
- Price per pallet: the table below gives the price for each zone and weight per pallet. It includes the forwarder's long-distance transport.
- Freight: the price per pallet times the number of pallets.
- Diesel surcharge: a percentage of the freight that follows the diesel price every week.
- Private delivery fee: 11.31 € per order for a delivery to a private customer.
- All amounts include VAT.
